1. THE CONTEST
Here's your chance to win a 2-NIGHT DREAM GOLF TRIP for you and a friend to the world-renowned Streamsong Resort in Florida. The Grand Prize Draw: On Friday, November 8, 2024, we'll be drawing TWO names to win the trip. Each winner can bring along a friend to complete the foursome! The Red Rooster Golf Inc. Golden Glove Contest starts at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on September 4, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 31, 2024 ("Entry Period."). The Contest shall be subject to these Official Rules and Regulations (the "Rules") available at www.redroostergolf.com/ goldenglovecontest By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY
CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF 18 OR THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY ACCORDING TO THEIR PROVINCE or TERRITORY or STATE OF RESIDENCE AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY; except employees or contractors of Red Rooster Golf Inc., their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and partners, and members of their respective immediate families living in the same household; void in the province of Quebec and where prohibited by law. ALL ENTRIES FOR THE CONTEST MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM ET ON October 31, 2024. Entrants who do not follow the Rules will be disqualified. Those eligible will be selected at random. Confirmation of the eligible winner(s) will be verified by Red Rooster Golf Inc.
3. ENTRY FORM HOW TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry to win: Enter to Win a Golden Glove, $200 Gift Card to Red Rooster Golf and get on the shortlist draw to WIN the trip: Purchase any golf gloves from Red Rooster Golf Inc. during the entry period to be entered in the contest to win a Golden Glove. If a Golden Glove arrives at your door, you will be 1 of 28 on the shortlist draw to WIN THE TRIP! Ensure that your contact information is accurately provided at the time of purchase to qualify for entry. No Purchase Entry: Enter to WIN the Trip for Two to Streamsong by entering your email information. Failure to submit all the required information requested on the form will render you ineligible. Participants can enter the contest using either methods described above. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Ensure that your contact information is accurately provided at the time of purchase to qualify for entry. Red Rooster Golf Inc., Streamsong and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; congestion, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the Web site or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site; printing; administrative or other errors of any kind or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at the Web site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Red Rooster Golf Inc. and will not be returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. Any information collected by registering to enter the Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Rules and with the Red Rooster Golf Inc. online Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. PRIZE
Two winners of the Red Rooster Golf Inc. Golden Glove Contest will receive a paid Dream Golf Trip to Streamsong Golf Resort in Bowling Green, Florida. The winners are entitled to bring ONE guest. Each winner and their guests will share a single bedroom during the duration of the trip (total of TWO bedrooms – one for each winner). The package includes: round trip economy flights, round trip ground transportation (airport to resort), 2 night accommodations at Streamsong, meals, golf course and caddy fees. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the coverage and payment for any alcoholic beverage is at the discretion of Red Rooster Golf Inc. for the duration of the trip. The winners and their guests shall be solely responsible for any costs associated with the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages. The trip will be on January 5 - 7, 2025 at Streamsong Golf Resort. The winners and their guests must be available to travel January 5 - 7, 2025. If the winners and their guests reside in Canada, they must hold a valid passport to be eligible for travel to the USA. Only those items specifically listed above are included and any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to, transportation to and from the winner(s) home(s) and the port of departure/arrival, items of a personal nature, personal expenses, additional meals, alcoholic beverages, additional luggage fees, insurance and additional gratuities. No responsibility is assumed by the Contest Sponsors for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events for any reason whatsoever beyond their control. Other restrictions may apply. The Contest Prize's dates and features are subject to change. Prize(s) are non-transferable, except at the discretion of Red Rooster Golf Inc.
5. GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The contest closes October 31, 2024. The Grand Prize Draw will occur November 8, 2024. At the discretion of Red Rooster Golf Inc., ONE winner will be randomly selected from the 28 participants who received a Golden Glove and ONE winner will be randomly selected from the No Purchase Entry List.. The Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email by a Red Rooster Golf Inc. representative.
6. ENTRIES
All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries.
7. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information gathered from the online entry form is for the sole use of Red Rooster Golf Inc. and Streamsong in connection with the Contest. Personal Information (your name, address, telephone number and email) will not be passed on to any other organization or group for the purpose of solicitation. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected entrants who will be notified by email or telephone. By entering the contest, each entrant consents to the use of their name, address (city and province only); likeness (photograph and video content) and statements in any publicity carried out by Red Rooster Golf Inc. without compensation or limitation and may be required to execute affidavits of eligibility and/or a publicity release.
8. CONTEST TERMINATION
Red Rooster Golf Inc. reserves the right to terminate or modify the Contest in any way that it deems to be fair and equitable in the event of an occurrence which may materially affect the proper play of the Contest.
9. SUSPENSION
Subject to paragraph 8, if for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned, or if this Contest or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Contest and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Red Rooster Golf Inc.'s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Red Rooster Golf Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest or any portion thereof. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on the Web site Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine legitimate operation of the program is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Red Rooster Golf Inc. reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of dispute over source of any electronic entry, the entry will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the email account. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Red Rooster Golf Inc. with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.
10. TRANSFER AND ASSIGNMENT
No transfer, or assignment, or substitution for cash equivalent of prizes will be allowed except at the discretion of Red Rooster Golf Inc. The chances of being selected depend upon the total number of entries received. Void where prohibited. The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, State, and Municipal laws. In the event the prize is unavailable, Red Rooster Golf Inc. will make all reasonable effort to substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
