Great customer service almost

I would give you this feedback but the incessant emails to give you a review. Customer service was excellent for the most part. I needed a refund and got one swiftly but there was no follow up or a sorry about that. Just asked if I would like another one, when I asked for a refund just got the refund and no reply. I’ve worked in the customer service industry and you have to follow up and let the customer know you are actually going to refund them.
The product looked great; I got the red glove but it blew out on the palm after 3/4 of a round. Its construction is that of the gloves you buy at the clubhouse for 20 bucks. Other than that it shipped fast and I had it in less than 48 hours

Great price and value, but I find the leather a little thick and not as tacky as a Titleist glove I’m used to. Still, great customer service and a decent product.
