Replaced order

Thank you for resending my order that got lost in the Canada post strike. Great product and customer service . To that end when I was trying to track my order your communication said to use the SHOP app. I did not want to download a 3rd party app but it seems I had no choice. After downloading and installing it still would not track and app was useless to me. Seems like an odd thing for such a high touch, customer focused company to do.
